August 2013 Favorites!!

This month I have all sorts of goodies that I just love!!

1.) Diorissimo -Introduced in 1956 Dior Eau de Parfum I will be the first to say that this scent is not for everyone!! But the more I smelled it the more it brought me back to my childhood home in North Carolina where are back yard was full of wonderful honeysuckles!! It features top notes of bergamot & calyx, middle notes of lilly of the valley, jasmine, ylang ylang and lilac and a base note of sandalwood.

This scent is forever changing throughout the day as I wear it. I love layering this scent with different variations to create a true blend of sweet meets floral. I think it’s warm and cozy and brings me to a great place in my childhood when rumbling through the woods and playing fortress were at the top of my list of things to do.

2.) Dior Artistry Palette in Nude Pink Design- I have been wearing this palette all month and it is so simple to create day time and night time looks with this!! 3.) Dior Airflash Foundation in the color 200- Seriously one of the most flawless foundations that I own. I have been using this for years and I just Love it!!!! I like to wear it to special occasions or at my husbands work functions. I recently have pulled it out this month because I have been doing lots of photographing for my blog as well as a few business dinners. It is so quick and easy to apply. Effortlessly gorgeous!!

4.) My Ring Homes…I purchased these from Anthropologie. Pyramid found { HERE} Bird Bay found {Here}I think they are both equally adorable so I got them both. I have placed one in my kitchen and the other on my bathroom sink for when I get in the shower or wash my face and what not 🙂
